Fundraising
BBQ at Magnet Mart
ACTISA has been given the opportunity to hold a fundraising
BBQ at Magnet Mart Gunghalin on Saturday 18th
September 2010. Volunteers will be needed for the roster,
however, we urgently seek a co-ordinator for the day.
Assistance will be available to the co-ordinator in regards
to organising of equipment and purchasing of food etc, but
the co-ordinator will be responsible for the smooth running
of the BBQ on the day and reconciling/banking the money.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ACTISA and one we would
prefer not to turn down.

The
New Zealand Championships 4
Jul 10
are being held in Dunedin from Sunday 3 October - Friday 8 October
2010. The closing date in New Zealand for entries is Friday
3 September 2010. ALL entries are to go through ISA but ACTISA
first. ACT enntries will close on Tuesday 24 August 2010 to
give time to get them to ISA.
If you are thinking of attending, please advise Sue
Shelley ASAP. The annoucement and entry forms can be found

Volunteer
required to run the fundraising table
We are seeking a volunteer to take over the running of
the fund raising table. Sue Francis is no longer to undertake
this activity but is available to provide a handover. If storage
of items is a problem, ACTISA may be able to provide an alternative
solution. This is a very important service to ACTISA members,
and it is hoped that we can find someone to take on this role.
